Think of a Webinar as a virtual conference hall or auditorium with one keynote speaker, supplemented by high-resolution close-up video feeds on your own personal screen.

• An invitation email that you will receive well in advance of the seminar (with an additional reminder the day before) will provide instructions with a simple one-click method to access Zoom and launch the webinar. You will also be provided with a simple backup method.
• Your primary access will be by simply clicking on the link embedded in the email, which will appear something like this: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/81515864176
• As a backup, you will also be provided with a Zoom Meeting Number and Passcode. To use this backup method of access, simply type https://zoom.us into your browser. Then click “Join A Meeting”, enter the meeting number in the space provided, and enter the passcode when asked to do so.
• Once entering the webinar you will be provided the option to join the meeting using computer audio, or via dial-in. Choose computer audio (although in most instances, participants will remain muted throughout).
• The Zoom webinar will open 15 minutes before the advertised start time to allow everyone to get logged on and familiar with the platform.
• Start times are based on the Mountain time zone (Utah) in the United States.

Your experience in this webinar will be most valuable if you work from a laptop computer or tablet with a good-sized screen. It is not recommended to use a small tablet or a phone, as the screens are too small to give you clear views of the most detailed work that will be demonstrated with close-up video.

Cancellations for any reason will be accepted for a full refund up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time.  We regret that cancellations are not possible within 48 hours of the event.  Refunds may take up to one week to be processed.  

No materials or supplies are required.  This is a skills training session, focused on demonstrations by the instructor.

As a participant, you will have access to a function that allows you to post written questions to the instructor. During the Q&A portion of the seminar, as many as possible of the questions posted by participants will be answered verbally.  Participants will not have the option to communicate among themselves.
